Shipping and Delivery
We know that fast, reliable delivery matters for your business. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Shipping Regions
We deliver to all addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 1-2 working days after processing. Orders placed before the cut-off time on working days are typically processed the same day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are agreed upon individually per client. Orders with a net value above €400 (excl. VAT) qualify for free shipping. For questions about your specific shipping rate, contact support@ebcs.nl.
Logistics Partner
All shipments are handled by LOF Logistiek (loflogistiek.com).
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed during working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed outside of business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions or high-volume periods. If your order is delayed, we will notify you proactively.
