Superfeet insoles are manufactured to high quality standards. If you encounter a product defect, we are here to help.

Warranty Coverage

All Superfeet products distributed by Essential Basics B.V. are covered against manufacturing defects. If a product does not meet the specifications described on our webshop at the time of purchase, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@ebcs.nl with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
  2. Our team will assess your claim and respond within 3 working days.
  3. If the claim is approved, we will replace the product or issue a credit note, at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling
  • Products that have been modified or altered
