All orders placed through our B2B webshop are paid on invoice.

Invoice Payment

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice processed through Exact Online. Payment terms are specified on each invoice. This applies to all approved B2B accounts.

Payment Security

All transactions and account data are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store sensitive financial information on our webshop.

Processing

Invoices are generated at the time of order confirmation and sent to the email address associated with your account.

Refunds

If a refund is applicable (for example, after an approved return), the amount will be settled via credit note. The credit will be applied to your account and reflected in your next invoice cycle.
